- Once you complete the payment, kindly send us a copy of your national ID/ passport (back & front).
- The palace can welcome guests starting from 18 years old only. Younger guests are not permitted as per palace regulations.
- As per palace regulation, the group size will be around 20 – 25 approx.
- Tour language: English, if we have non-Arabic speakers
(If not, then it will be in Arabic) - A minimum number is needed for the tour to take place. We reserve the right to cancel the tour anytime, if it doesn’t reach the minimum number needed. In that case, guests will be advised by email and refund will take place
- Exact drop pin and details about meeting point, starting time, contacts… will be communicated by email 1 day prior to tour date. Kindly make sure you check your email (including Junk folder) 1 day before tour date.

I had an amazing experience and time in yesterday’s tour (the city of the dead) I absolutely love it.
Our tour guide is a friendly person, good communicator, Excellent English, very knowledgeable about almost everything. I usually have a self walk there and thought I knew quit a bit about it, but this one was totally different… they took us to places I’d never visited, telling us history I’d never known…
